This wine is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. 10-20 year-old vines are carefully cultivated on one hectare of land, resulting in a limited production of just 3,000 bottles per year. Its beautiful yellow-gold color is captivating. The aromas are reminiscent of fresh apples, pears, and dried fruit, and the wine is crisp and dry, with a perfect balance of fruitiness and acidity. It pairs perfectly with mushrooms, scallops, seafood, and goat cheese.

We use grapes selected from multiple fields. A very beautiful pale salmon pink color. You can feel the fresh scent of figs and mandarin. The delicate and spicy acidity highlights the freshness, making it perfect for aperitifs, seafood, drooling, and Chinese dishes! Please do try that out.

This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, aged for 15 years. It is aged in oak barrels and micro-oxidized (a method of introducing minute amounts of oxygen) to create a rich and full-bodied flavor.

The name comes from Camus' fable, "The Myth of Sisyphus." The story depicts a hero who repeatedly carries a rock up a mountain, and is filled with both absurdity and happiness. Reflecting this background, the wine, while fresh, also has a hint of rebelliousness and cheekiness. Enjoy the intelligent and playful flavor.

A blend of 90% Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Mauzac. Grown at an altitude of over 400m, the grapes are 23 to 53 years old and fermented with natural yeast. Then, aged for 12 months in 600L barrels. This wine embodies the diverse terroirs of Roquetailard, sourced from vineyards facing north and south.

「Clefs d’Or」(クレ・ドール)金の鍵。クレレット60、ルーサンヌ20、グルナッシュ・ブラン20。30hl/ha。20年から40年樹齢。清楚でジャスミン系の清涼感のある香りがひろがります。優雅で大人の女性を思わせるしなやかさ、やさしさを表現したワイン。口中で細く、長く続く味わいの構成は、カゾーのワイン造りの確かさを証明。

シャルドネ100%。大変珍しいマランジュの白。
傾斜が急なスロープの畑は日当たりと、水はけが良く、ワインに適度な骨格を与える。
アプリコットや生のアーモンドのアロマ。シャサーニュを思わせる気品、ムルソーを思わせるまろやかさを併せ持ち気品にあふれている。

This 100% Chardonnay wine comes from a special plot of just 0.5 hectares. The grapes are an average of 60 years old and are aged for 12 months in 20% new oak barrels. Grown on the steep slopes at the top of the hill, where clay, limestone, and pebbles combine, it combines softness with powerful vitality. The aroma of white fruits and toasted almonds spreads, resulting in a delicate and luscious finish. The wine's energetic flavor is impressive on the palate.

This 100% Pinot Noir wine is a sister wine to the Ouilles de Perdrix, made using only the pale yellow juice from the first pressing. It offers fresh aromas of pear and wild strawberry, with a burst of citrus freshness. It has a lively, dry finish and a dynamic finish. It pairs perfectly with freshwater fish and seafood!

This wine is made from 100% Muscadet (Moulon de Bourgogne). Gorges is renowned as the village that produces the finest Muscadet. While the typical sur lie (aging wine on the lees) period is six to 14 months, this wine was aged for a long period of 45 months. While this does not technically qualify as sur lie, it has a softer, more structured, and exquisite flavor. This wine pairs wonderfully with seafood, especially scallops and shrimp, which are packed with flavor!

This well-structured Riesling is fermented in steel tanks. Its quality is said to be from a vineyard that combines loess soil with stone and rock, earning it the title of "the best vineyard." Juicy yet with a balanced mineral finish, the wine has a firm, balanced acidity in the background, giving the wine a sense of stability. It pairs perfectly with scallops and white meat.
