While this does not technically qualify as sur lie, it has a softer, more structured, and exquisite flavor. Terrasen wines, as the name suggests, come from terraced vineyards, characterized by gentle slopes and good drainage, which allow the grapes to thrive in a warm climate.

Syrah 60%, Grenache 35%, Mourvedre 5%. Yield: 35hl/ha. Carefully finished with full destemming, with two pump-overs per day during fermentation. Aged for three years in concrete tanks.
