A blend of 90% Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Mauzac. Grown at an altitude of over 400m, the grapes are 23 to 53 years old and fermented with natural yeast. Then, aged for 12 months in 600L barrels. This wine embodies the diverse terroirs of Roquetailard, sourced from vineyards facing north and south.

This classic style wine features rich minerality from the chalky limestone, layered with aromas of pear, citrus, and flowers, and a firm acidity that supports the overall flavor. It has a clean, elegant finish that lingers. This surprisingly refined wine pairs perfectly with chicken and other white meats.
