ピノ・ノワール100％使用。やや硬質な香りとしっかりした酸味が骨格を感じさせる1本。直線的でなめらかなミネラル感が特徴で、フィリップ・ロシニョールのワインらしい爽やかさが広がります。細やかなタンニンが溶け込み、つややかで力強い味わいは、満足感たっぷり！

フロリモンは「花咲く山」を意味し、化石が点在する石灰岩質の土壌で育った美しい畑です。輝く黄金色を持ち、樽からくる、うっとりするような香りが広がります。とろみがあり、シルキーでなめらかな酒質は、良質なグラーヴ（土壌がしっかりとしたワインのような骨格）を感じさせます。

繊細な柑橘系の高い酸味と、上質なミネラルが感じられる辛口のリースリング。まさに「意識高い系」のワイン！海の幸や鶏肉、燻製肉との相性が抜群です。

フロリモンは「花咲く山」を意味し、化石が点在する石灰岩質の土壌で育ったワイン。オレンジがかった黄金色で、アプリコットや熟成したスモーキーさがあり、旨味と甘みが豊かです。酸味とミネラルのバランスが良く、ねっとりとした酒質と複雑な味わいが特徴。ポルチーニやオマール、クリームソースなどとの相性が抜群です。

ピノ・ブラン100％使用。黄土の深いローム層の土壌で育ち、ブルゴーニュ樽で6〜9ヶ月熟成。温かみのあるフルーツの香りに、トーストやバターのニュアンスが加わります。上質な酸味と肉厚な味わいが特徴。グリルした魚や鶏料理との相性が抜群です。
