所有する畑の中でも最良の区画から生まれる特別な1本。高密植（1ヘクタールあたり8000本）で低収量にこだわり、品質を追求しています。緑がかったイエローに銀色の反射が美しく、白胡椒や黄色い林檎、パッションフルーツ、牧草地に香るハーブが織りなす複雑な香りが特徴。クリーミーでジューシーな味わいに加え、余韻が長く酒体の厚みが感じられる、堂々とした仕上がりです。

シャルドネ100％使用。完熟したブドウを遅摘みし、一部には貴腐菌が付いた特別な果実を使用しています。収穫時には、甘口ワインの申請が間に合わず、ベーレン・アウスレーゼの名を冠することはできませんが、品質はそれに匹敵する逸品です。上質でクリーミーな口当たりに、フローラルで高貴なほうじ茶のような香りが広がります。素晴らしい甘みとほのかなタンニンが、力強い骨格を感じさせるバランスの良い甘口ワインです。
