100% Pinot Noir. 100% destemmed grapes from 5-60 year old vines. Settled at 15°C before fermentation. The color is slowly extracted, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures below 30°C to maximize the aroma. Then, aged on the lees for 12 months in barrels (25% new).

Lieu-D's "Le Petit Pretent" is made from grapes grown in a southeast-facing vineyard at the foot of the Givry hills, right in front of the winery.
