Bottled unfiltered in Surlie. The label will arrive upside down, but this is not a mistake! There is a tradition in this region of shaking a cloudy bottle up and down to spread out the lees. The reverse label is proof of local Chambreau. With a firm body, it goes great with shrimp, crab, sea bass, matsutake, mushrooms, and truffles! Please turn it over and mix before drinking!

氷河期の最終期には、これらの低地は溶けた氷からできた湖で覆われていた。デンマーク語で「Issø」と呼ばれるこの現象が、ブドウ畑の名前の由来となっています。深い堆積層と西向きの丘が育む、素晴らしいワインが誕生します。
