シャルドネ100％、わずか0.17ヘクタールの小さな区画。平均樹齢30年のブドウを使い、20％新樽で12か月熟成。石灰質の多い土壌に白い小石が広がる特別な環境で育ちます。きれいな酸とフローラルな香りに、ほのかなスパイシーさがアクセントが素晴らしい。女性的でエレガントな味わいが魅力の1本です。

シャルドネ100％、平均樹齢40年。天然酵母で発酵し、フレンチオーク樽で熟成された上質な1本です。リンゴのようなフレッシュな香りに、軽やかなライムのアロマが重なり、繊細な酸と硬質なミネラル感がエネルギッシュに広がります。バランスが良く落ち着きがあり、グラン・ヴァンの風格がたっぷりと感じられる、洗練された味わいです。

アリゴテ100％使用。綺麗でなめらか、透明感のある味わいが魅力の1本です。ライムなどの柑橘類や黄色い果実の華やかな香りが広がり、まろやかでありながら活気あふれる仕上がり。上品で明るく、飲むたびに心が弾むようなワインです。

フロリモンは「花咲く山」を意味し、化石が点在する石灰岩質の土壌で育った美しい畑です。輝く黄金色を持ち、樽からくる、うっとりするような香りが広がります。とろみがあり、シルキーでなめらかな酒質は、良質なグラーヴ（土壌がしっかりとしたワインのような骨格）を感じさせます。

繊細な柑橘系の高い酸味と、上質なミネラルが感じられる辛口のリースリング。まさに「意識高い系」のワイン！海の幸や鶏肉、燻製肉との相性が抜群です。

フロリモンは「花咲く山」を意味し、化石が点在する石灰岩質の土壌で育ったワイン。オレンジがかった黄金色で、アプリコットや熟成したスモーキーさがあり、旨味と甘みが豊かです。酸味とミネラルのバランスが良く、ねっとりとした酒質と複雑な味わいが特徴。ポルチーニやオマール、クリームソースなどとの相性が抜群です。

ピノ・ブラン100％使用。黄土の深いローム層の土壌で育ち、ブルゴーニュ樽で6〜9ヶ月熟成。温かみのあるフルーツの香りに、トーストやバターのニュアンスが加わります。上質な酸味と肉厚な味わいが特徴。グリルした魚や鶏料理との相性が抜群です。

シャルドネ100％使用。濃い麦わら色が特徴の1本です。“Les Roussots”と呼ばれる畑で、フレーク状の灰色の泥灰土から育まれた古木のブドウを特選し、細心の注意を払って選別。フランス最高峰の森「トロンセ、アリエ、ニヴェルネ」のオーク樽で丁寧に熟成されています。白い果実やメロン、アンズの豊かな香りが広がり、コンドリューのような芳醇さをややシャープに仕上げた印象です。バニラやバターソース、ロブスター、スモークサーモン、フォアグラ、イチゴのスープと絶妙なペアリングを楽しめます。
