Made with 100% Chardonnay, this wine uses late-harvested, fully ripe grapes, some of which are infected with noble rot. The harvest was not completed in time for the application for a sweet wine, so it cannot bear the name Beerenauslese, but the quality is comparable. The wine has a fine, creamy texture and a floral, noble roasted green tea aroma. The wonderful sweetness and subtle tannins create a well-balanced sweet wine with a powerful structure.

100% Chardonnay. Hand-harvested from a 0.9ha southeast-facing plot. Made with grapes planted in 1992 and 2003 on deep, stony soils. Named in honour of founder Amélie.

Fermentation and aging are carried out in barrels, with sur-lie aging for 10 months (30% new barrels). It has a scent of white fruit and oranges preserved in syrup, and a slightly creamy texture. Its mellow, rich flavor complements perfectly with main dishes. A bottle that will add elegance to your dinner table.

This wine is made from 85-year-old vines, producing 15,000 bottles per year. Grown in a wonderful terroir with abundant sunshine and an east-facing surface, it features shallow red soil (approximately 20cm deep) mixed with limestone. Its delicate yet powerful aroma is reminiscent of pear. Its mellow, rich flavor highlights the umami of ripe fruit and is well-balanced. It's the perfect pairing with shellfish, fish, poultry, and cream sauces.
