    [Anthony Pare] Saint-Joseph/Les L'Armes du Père 2023 White

    This 100% Marsanne wine is lovingly cultivated with organic fertilizer and grown on granite, gneiss, and quartz soils. Aged in barrels for 10 months, it offers soft aromas of roasted fruit and brioche. It's oily yet has a subtle mineral undercurrent. It's perfect with fish dishes that feature rich sauces.

    This wine is called "Father's Tears," and is said to represent the tears of the men who worked so hard to cultivate the vineyards.
    This wine, made from grapes grown in extremely steep, high-altitude vineyards, is so beautiful and delicious it will bring tears to your eyes.
