    The aroma of fresh strawberries and raspberries. The rich flavor of fruit spreads in your mouth. This lovely and soft rosé champagne is perfect as an aperitif, or with pork or lamb.

    40 % Pinot Noir , 40 % Chardonnay, 20 % Pinot Meunier . Dosage 9g/L .
    Aged in bottle for 2.5 years + disgorgement (removal of lees) followed by 6 months of bottle aging.
