    First released in 1998. 100% Merlot. Average vine age: 45-50 years. The vineyard covers 2.5 hectares. Yields are 19-25 hl per hectare, resulting in an annual production of 6,000-8,000 bottles. This special vineyard is reserved exclusively for Rinsolance. Cold maceration takes place in 400-liter wooden barrels. Subsequent malolactic fermentation takes place in 100% new barrels for 24 months. The oak character is beautifully integrated into the wine. Only 20 cases are imported to Japan each year. A rare and accomplished Saint-Émilion superwine. It's rare to find such delicious wine. Aromatic and incredibly soft. Delicate, fine, and refined tannins. And dense. Rinsolance was named and the label designed by his daughter, Sandra.
