    The vineyards are located on a southeast-facing hillside at an altitude of 215 to 347 meters. The vines are an average of 25 years old and overlook the village of Bar. The soil is a mix of limestone, marl, and sandstone. The delicate aromas of white flowers, pear, and herbs spread throughout the mouth. The wine's long, lingering finish makes it an excellent match with seafood or flounder.
