「20周年スペシャル・エディション」
2023年ヴィンテージは、息子のパスカル・ゲさん(8代目)が蔵元に入り20年目。
その記念に特別のワインを造りました。いつもの蔵付の酵母ではなく、より華やかな香味の出る酵母を採用。樽も堅めのアカシアの木樽を多めに使用し、いつものショレイ・レ・ボーヌよりも、さらに洗練された果実味を表現。瑞々しい酸味も素晴らしい。ピノ・ノワールの持つ、芳醇な香りと味わいを堪能することができる、特別なショレイを分けていただきました。余韻を充分に楽しんでこそフランソワ・ゲ。

This 100% Grenache wine, grown on gravel and limestone soils near the Mediterranean, is a truly unique wine. Its pale pink apricot color is complemented by aromas of spearmint, plum, fig jam, and toast. It also boasts a pleasant bitterness reminiscent of anise and orange peel.

As the name "Fandango" suggests, this wine has a passionate and supple flavor. After destemming, it was aged in Otaru barrels for 14 months, resulting in a powerful, ripe black fruit flavor and beautiful structure. A subtle hint of cocoa and refreshing vanilla harmonize to create a highly refined wine.

A blend of 90% Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Mauzac. Grown at an altitude of over 400m, the grapes are 23 to 53 years old and fermented with natural yeast. Then, aged for 12 months in 600L barrels. This wine embodies the diverse terroirs of Roquetailard, sourced from vineyards facing north and south.

This classic style wine features rich minerality from the chalky limestone, layered with aromas of pear, citrus, and flowers, and a firm acidity that supports the overall flavor. It has a clean, elegant finish that lingers. This surprisingly refined wine pairs perfectly with chicken and other white meats.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, with an average vine age of 15 years. Hand-picked from 0.5 hectares of vineyards, the grapes are fermented with natural yeast. The juice is carefully extracted over two and a half hours, then stored at low temperature for 48 hours. Lightly filtered and bottled in February of the following year, the wine offers a pleasant aroma of red fruit and refreshing acidity, quenching the thirst. The refined and elegant finish is reminiscent of a refreshing Sancerre. Perfect with asparagus, river fish, seafood, and barbecues.

This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. It comes from a special, very steep and rocky plot adjacent to the 1er Cru vineyard, Rugien. It has a mineral and crisp texture, with a noble aroma and fresh fruitiness. Its smooth taste makes it truly a first-class wine.

Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes with an average 20-year vine age, this wine impresses with its brilliant lemon yellow color and subtle oak aroma. Its tropical fruit flavors, like banana, are perfectly balanced with mellow acidity and rich minerals. It pairs perfectly with a wide variety of dishes, including tempura, bamboo shoots, shellfish, asparagus, and xiaolongbao. This 100% Savagnin wine is made from a rare grape variety known as Payen (exotic land) or Aida. It can be aged for over 10 years. Its aromas include warm notes of mango and acacia. The mouthfeel is round, powerful, and silky.

100% Savagnin. This grape, known in the Valais as Paillant (foreign land) or Aida, offers a wine with the potential to age for over 20 years. This is the oldest Savagnin, planted in the finest limestone soil. The tropical aroma is complemented by a hint of incense wood. The fragrant oak nuances are also wonderful. The luxurious flavor will leave you impressed!

100% Chasselas (Fendant). In the Valais region, Chasselas is called Fendant. It has a strong aroma reminiscent of spring flowers like lime and hyacinth, and unripe white peaches. It has a slight gassy, ​​fresh, and mineral-rich flavor. A white wine that embodies delicate, fresh, and fruity notes.
