Grenache IGP Côtes de Proueil White 2023

A bright and cheerful drink that exudes the dynamism of fresh fruit.

Merlot IGP Cotes de Proueil 2021 Red

Reddish-purple in color. With hints of herbs, a slightly fragrant aroma and fresh, bright fruit spreads. The fruit is well-ripened, smooth, and rounded.
It has a clean acidity and an elegant taste.

100% Pinot Noir. 100% destemmed grapes from 5-60 year old vines. Settled at 15°C before fermentation. The color is slowly extracted, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures below 30°C to maximize the aroma. Then, aged on the lees for 12 months in barrels (25% new).

Lieu-D's "Le Petit Pretent" is made from grapes grown in a southeast-facing vineyard at the foot of the Givry hills, right in front of the winery. This wine, named "Above the Pigeon House," is captivating with its aroma of ripe red fruit, smooth tannins, and supple, full-bodied flavor. It exudes depth and a sense of leisurely leisure. It's a rich wine reminiscent of the duck dishes at the famous Lameloise restaurant.

100% Chardonnay. Hand-harvested from a 0.9ha southeast-facing plot. Made with grapes planted in 1992 and 2003 on deep, stony soils. Named in honour of founder Amélie.

Fermentation and aging are carried out in barrels, with sur-lie aging for 10 months (30% new barrels). It has a scent of white fruit and oranges preserved in syrup, and a slightly creamy texture. Its mellow, rich flavor complements perfectly with main dishes. A bottle that will add elegance to your dinner table.

Syrah 60%, Grenache 35%, Mourvedre 5%. Yield: 35hl/ha. Carefully finished with full destemming, with two pump-overs per day during fermentation. Aged for three years in concrete tanks. Deep aromas of black cherry and spices, with a powerful, rich flavor. This impressive wine allows you to experience the unique character of the terroir.

This wine combines the freshness of Pinot Noir with the power of Roquetailard. After destemming, it was aged in Otaru barrels for 14 months. This 100% Chardonnay wine comes from a special plot of just 0.5 hectares. The grapes are an average of 60 years old and are aged for 12 months in 20% new oak barrels. Grown on the steep slopes at the top of the hill, where clay, limestone, and pebbles combine, it combines softness with powerful vitality. The aroma of white fruits and toasted almonds spreads, resulting in a delicate and luscious finish. The wine's energetic flavor is impressive on the palate.

Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this wine has a slightly firm aroma and firm acidity that gives it structure. It features a linear, smooth minerality and the refreshing flavor that is characteristic of Philippe Rossignol wines. The vineyard is located on a steep slope, with shallow red clay and rocky soil interspersed with limestone pebbles. It is aged for 12 months in 500L oak barrels that have been used for 2 to 8 years.
