Merlot IGP Cotes de Proueil 2021 Red

This 100% Marsanne wine is lovingly cultivated with organic fertilizer and grown on granite, gneiss, and quartz soils. Aged in barrels for 10 months, it offers soft aromas of roasted fruit and brioche. It's oily yet has a subtle mineral undercurrent. It's perfect with fish dishes that feature rich sauces.
