Since 1742, "Krevener grapes" have been a rare grape found only in the village of Heiligenstein. The Heiligenstein growers are proud to produce this rare grape, "Krevener." The aroma of yellow fruit is elegant and powerful, while the delicate aroma creates a very refined impression. There are also gorgeous, spicy elements, and the delicate acidity enhances the taste very smoothly.

野性的な動物香に加え、黒い果実やスパイス、どこかオリエンタルなニュアンスが立ち上ります。力強く凝縮感のある味わいながら、口当たりは驚くほどなめらか。豊かな旨みが広がり、長い余韻へ。

有機栽培の葡萄を手摘みで収穫。樹齢30年以上のシラーを主体に、現在では希少となったクールノワーズやオーバンをブレンドしています。

「Clefs d’Or」(クレ・ドール)金の鍵。クレレット60、ルーサンヌ20、グルナッシュ・ブラン20。30hl/ha。20年から40年樹齢。清楚でジャスミン系の清涼感のある香りがひろがります。優雅で大人の女性を思わせるしなやかさ、やさしさを表現したワイン。口中で細く、長く続く味わいの構成は、カゾーのワイン造りの確かさを証明。

 

「Tour Sarrazine」はジゴンダスにある歴史的建造物。グルナッシュ75、シラー15、ムールヴェドル10。25hl/ha。30から60年樹齢。有機栽培、手摘み。このワインは、非常に強烈な力を秘めています。胡椒のような、また熟した赤いフルーツのような印象がずっと続きます。品位のあるルビー色。タンニン分は、なめらかで艶があります。肉料理全般、特に鹿やいのししなどとは、格調高いハーモニーを生み出します。お食事とともにゆっくりと、じっくりこのワインと語りかけるのがGOODでしょう。素晴らしいワインです。
