This golden-colored wine offers aromas of exotic fruits such as fresh rose and lychee, as well as hints of white pepper. It has a very expressive, almost dry demi-sec (semi-sweet) taste. It is perfect as an aperitif, with foie gras, sweet and savory dishes, Asian cuisine, Munster cheese, or desserts.

野性的な動物香に加え、黒い果実やスパイス、どこかオリエンタルなニュアンスが立ち上ります。力強く凝縮感のある味わいながら、口当たりは驚くほどなめらか。豊かな旨みが広がり、長い余韻へ。
肉料理との相性は抜群。ラムや牛肉のグリル、スパイスを効かせた料理と合わせることで、このワインの奥深い魅力がより一層引き立ちます。

有機栽培の葡萄を手摘みで収穫。樹齢30年以上のシラーを主体に、現在では希少となったクールノワーズやオーバンをブレンドしています。

「Clefs d’Or」(クレ・ドール)金の鍵。クレレット60、ルーサンヌ20、グルナッシュ・ブラン20。30hl/ha。20年から40年樹齢。清楚でジャスミン系の清涼感のある香りがひろがります。優雅で大人の女性を思わせるしなやかさ、やさしさを表現したワイン。口中で細く、長く続く味わいの構成は、カゾーのワイン造りの確かさを証明。
