When the sediment dissolves, the wine becomes cloudy, but still has a full body. It pairs perfectly with shrimp, crab, sea bass, matsutake mushrooms, mushrooms, and truffles.

In the mouth, it features a mellow mouthfeel and firm tannins. The rich fruit flavors and spicy nuances are in perfect harmony with a long finish. シャルドネ100％。

樹齢約30年のブドウを使い、オーク樽で10〜12ヶ月じっくりと熟成しています。

グラスに注ぐと、ほのかな麦わら色に淡い金色の輝き。

白い花の香りに、リンゴ、洋ナシ、モモを思わせる果実の香りが重なり、樽熟成から生まれるトーストやバニラのニュアンスがふわりと広がります。

口当たりはやわらかく、ほどよいボリューム感。

ふくよかな果実味と樽のニュアンスを、柑橘を思わせる爽やかさがきれいにまとめ、心地よい余韻へと続きます。

ふくよかだけれど、重たすぎない。
樽の香りは感じるけれど、上品。

そんなバランスの良さを楽しんでいただきたいブルゴーニュ・シャルドネです。

甲殻類や川魚、野菜を使ったお料理と。山羊のチーズや、コクのあるハードチーズとゆっくり楽しむのもおすすめです。

This wine has a romantic name, referring to the 420 nights it spent dreaming in the barrel. It's aged in barrels for 420 days. It's made from 100% Roman Syrah, considered the finest Syrah. It's spicy and fruity. And, above all, elegant.

This wine, made from grapes grown in extremely steep, high-altitude vineyards, is so beautiful and delicious it will bring tears to your eyes.

シャルドネ100%。粘土石灰質土壌。樹齢30年。栽培面積0.90ヘクタール。収量は55ヘクトリットル/ヘクタール。オーク樽で10〜12ヶ月熟成。ほのかな麦わら色で、淡い金色の輝きを帯びている。白い花の香りが、リンゴ、洋ナシ、モモの果実の香りと調和。樽熟成による、エレガントな樽香。トースト、バニラの香りが感じられる。口当たりは柔らかく、程よいボリューム。柑橘系の香りとのバランスが良く、爽やかな後味に繋がる。サラダ、甲殻類、川魚、野菜。マイルドな青かびチーズ、山羊、コクのあるハード系のチーズ。

「Tour Sarrazine」はジゴンダスにある歴史的建造物。グルナッシュ75、シラー15、ムールヴェドル10。25hl/ha。30から60年樹齢。有機栽培、手摘み。このワインは、非常に強烈な力を秘めています。胡椒のような、また熟した赤いフルーツのような印象がずっと続きます。品位のあるルビー色。タンニン分は、なめらかで艶があります。肉料理全般、特に鹿やいのししなどとは、格調高いハーモニーを生み出します。お食事とともにゆっくりと、じっくりこのワインと語りかけるのがGOODでしょう。素晴らしいワインです。

 

「Clefs d’Or」(クレ・ドール)金の鍵。クレレット60、ルーサンヌ20、グルナッシュ・ブラン20。30hl/ha。20年から40年樹齢。清楚でジャスミン系の清涼感のある香りがひろがります。優雅で大人の女性を思わせるしなやかさ、やさしさを表現したワイン。口中で細く、長く続く味わいの構成は、カゾーのワイン造りの確かさを証明。

有機栽培の葡萄を手摘みで収穫。樹齢30年以上のシラーを主体に、現在では希少となったクールノワーズやオーバンをブレンドしています。

ヴァケラスの畑から樹齢20年未満のブドウから造られます。

鮮やかで力強いルビー色、紫がかった色合い。赤い果実のアロマに加え、グルナッシュ特有の野生のハーブの香り。アタックは滑らかでフルーティー。口中では、バランスと豊かな骨格が広がる。フィニッシュは、シラーのフレッシュさが際立ち、持続力がある。
