  • [Out of stock, next arrival date unknown] [Andersen Winery] Rose Marie 2022 Rosé Sparkling
    6,380円(税抜5,800円)

The first Danish wine imported to Japan is finally on sale!

This winery overturns the common belief that wine = grapes. This winery makes wine using the same method as wine, using apples and summer berries, so it is definitely not cider.

With an alcohol content of 2%, it's very easy to drink! It's a beautiful pink color and a sweet sparkling wine, but the acidity is effective so it's not at all cloyingly sweet. It's a versatile bottle that can be enjoyed before or after a meal, or with dessert.

This sparkling wine is made using the Champagne method, blending primarily Stevens Bear cherries with a small amount of apple. Its vibrant crimson color is eye-catching. Its rich aroma and refreshing acidity, resulting from low-temperature fermentation, combined with the concentrated flavors of black cherry and a spicy finish, are characterized by its distinctive character. A minimum of nine months of bottle aging further enhances its appeal. It pairs perfectly with game dishes such as pigeon, duck, and wild boar, as well as desserts, chocolate, foie gras, and cheese.
