ピノ・ノワール100％、平均樹齢15年。0.5ヘクタールの畑から手摘みで収穫し、天然酵母で発酵。2時間半かけて丁寧に果汁を抽出し、48時間低温で管理。軽く濾過して翌年2月に瓶詰め。赤いフルーツの香りと爽やかな酸が心地よく、のどを潤します。上品でエレガントな仕上がりは、まるで爽やかなサンセールの風。アスパラ、川魚、海の幸、バーベキューにもぴったりです。
