シャルドネ100％使用。完熟したブドウを遅摘みし、一部には貴腐菌が付いた特別な果実を使用しています。収穫時には、甘口ワインの申請が間に合わず、ベーレン・アウスレーゼの名を冠することはできませんが、品質はそれに匹敵する逸品です。上質でクリーミーな口当たりに、フローラルで高貴なほうじ茶のような香りが広がります。素晴らしい甘みとほのかなタンニンが、力強い骨格を感じさせるバランスの良い甘口ワインです。

レス土壌に砂利が多く混じる畑から生まれる、しっかりとしたミネラル感が特徴の1本。ジューシーでとろけるような口当たりながら、背骨のように力強い骨格を持っています。その中心に、気品、旨味、なめらかさ、そして濃厚さが絶妙に調和した仕上がりです。

スチールタンクで自然発酵させた後、澱と共に発酵させる製法のシュールリーで熟成。細やかで純粋なミネラル感が特徴で、豊かなアロマが長く続きます。調和の取れた味わいに、フィニッシュで感じるほのかな塩味が＜ゼヘトネリン＞らしさを引き立てます。魚介類や脂ののったニシンやサバ、牡蠣と相性抜群。晩夏の思い出に寄り添う1本です。
