ワインの中身は【マルセル・セルヴァン】シャブリ・プライベート2023

   白

と同じものになります。

カベルネ・ソーヴィニョン70%、メルロー30%。粘土石灰岩土壌。低温発酵。
淡い色合い。芳香の純粋さ、エレガンス、洗練された構造を持つ。

春野菜のタケノコ、春菊など少し苦みがある食材とも。

シャルドネ100%。大変珍しいマランジュの白。
傾斜が急なスロープの畑は日当たりと、水はけが良く、ワインに適度な骨格を与える。
アプリコットや生のアーモンドのアロマ。シャサーニュを思わせる気品、ムルソーを思わせるまろやかさを併せ持ち気品にあふれている。
🍷鮨、子持ち鮎、ワカサギ、シシャモ・・・なぜか和の雰囲気をイメージ。

Grenache IGP Côtes de Proueil White 2023

A bright and cheerful drink that exudes the dynamism of fresh fruit.
The flavors of fresh citrus fruits and ripe melon spread throughout the mouth, and the refreshing acidity invigorates the palate. The light body and pleasant minerality are in harmony, and the finish is crisp.
🍷 Perfect as an aperitif, with asparagus, grilled fish, or fresh seafood.

Merlot IGP Cotes de Proueil 2021 Red

Reddish-purple in color. With hints of herbs, a slightly fragrant aroma and fresh, bright fruit spreads. The fruit is well-ripened, smooth, and rounded.
It has a clean acidity and an elegant taste.
🍷For salads and grilled meats.

100% Mourvedre.
"Zezette" is the name of the vineyard and a nickname for Mourvedre.
To achieve a beautiful acidity, we always start harvesting early from this field.
The pressing should be gentle to avoid extracting tannins and skin color.
Alcohol content is around 10%. There is almost no residual sugar. A fresh and bright sparkling wine!

A fragrant and rich sparkling wine made with Normandy pears.
It's unfiltered, packed with flavor, and its subtle cloudiness is appealing. It has a clean aftertaste, making it perfect for drinking with food.

100% Pinot Noir. Made from 30-year-old vines, naturally fermented without any additives. Aged for 18 months in egg-shaped concrete tanks and large and small wooden barrels, bottled unfiltered.

The rich aroma of red fruits spreads throughout the wine, and the mouthfeel is silky. The refreshing acidity typical of Sancerre tightens the overall look. It pairs perfectly with charcuterie and red meat. This wine is full of natural charm.

[Les Petits Monde Blanc White]  

🍷 A refreshing wine made from the Mediterranean grape Vermentino, it pairs perfectly with any dish and is a must-have.

[Les Petits Mondes Rouge Red]

🍷 It's a refreshing red wine! A fruity, lively, and bursting with berry flavors.

Before you know it, you'll be reaching for a glass again... This is the kind of wine you'll find yourself enjoying 🍒

🍽 It pairs well with grilled chicken, pork, and lightly spicy dishes, making it a relaxing and comforting addition to any dinner table.

100% Pinot Noir. 100% destemmed grapes from 5-60 year old vines. Settled at 15°C before fermentation. The color is slowly extracted, and fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures below 30°C to maximize the aroma. Then, aged on the lees for 12 months in barrels (25% new).

Lieu-D's "Le Petit Pretent" is made from grapes grown in a southeast-facing vineyard at the foot of the Givry hills, right in front of the winery. This wine, named "Above the Pigeon House," is captivating with its aroma of ripe red fruit, smooth tannins, and supple, full-bodied flavor. It exudes depth and a sense of leisurely leisure. It's a rich wine reminiscent of the duck dishes at the famous Lameloise restaurant.

100% Chardonnay. Hand-harvested from a 0.9ha southeast-facing plot. Made with grapes planted in 1992 and 2003 on deep, stony soils. Named in honour of founder Amélie.

Fermentation and aging are carried out in barrels, with sur-lie aging for 10 months (30% new barrels). It has a scent of white fruit and oranges preserved in syrup, and a slightly creamy texture. Its mellow, rich flavor complements perfectly with main dishes. A bottle that will add elegance to your dinner table.

Syrah 60%, Grenache 35%, Mourvedre 5%. Yield: 35hl/ha. Carefully finished with full destemming, with two pump-overs per day during fermentation. Aged for three years in concrete tanks. Deep aromas of black cherry and spices, with a powerful, rich flavor. This impressive wine allows you to experience the unique character of the terroir.

100% Mourvedre. Grown in acidic river gravel soil, fully destemmed. Pumping over twice a day during fermentation. As its name suggests, "It's a Small World," this wine is full of hidden depth. Deep crimson in color, with aromas of cherry and spice. A fruity, clean mouthfeel, with soft tannins and a beautiful lingering finish. You'll find yourself wanting another glass.

100% Rolle (Vermentino).

Grown in sandy soil, fermented at low temperatures and carefully finished in concrete tanks, this fresh white wine is full of joy and vitality.
🍽 Perfect with any ingredients, including shellfish, seafood, chicken, pork, and vegetables! Perfect for octopus carpaccio, salads, sautéed chicken, and more.

This wine combines the freshness of Pinot Noir with the power of Roquetailard. After destemming, it was aged in Otaru barrels for 14 months. Cherry aromas are layered with black fruit, cocoa, and refreshing vanilla, resulting in an elegant and deep flavor. Minerality from the chalky limestone vineyards enhances the fine quality, while the ripe structure supports the overall flavor. It pairs perfectly with charcuterie, roasts, and grilled dishes.

This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, aged for 15 years. It is aged in oak barrels and micro-oxidized (a method of introducing minute amounts of oxygen) to create a rich and full-bodied flavor.

The name comes from Camus' fable, "The Myth of Sisyphus." The story depicts a hero who repeatedly carries a rock up a mountain, and is filled with both absurdity and happiness. Reflecting this background, the wine, while fresh, also has a hint of rebelliousness and cheekiness. Enjoy the intelligent and playful flavor.

A blend of 90% Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Mauzac. Grown at an altitude of over 400m, the grapes are 23 to 53 years old and fermented with natural yeast. Then, aged for 12 months in 600L barrels. This wine embodies the diverse terroirs of Roquetailard, sourced from vineyards facing north and south.

This classic style wine features rich minerality from the chalky limestone, layered with aromas of pear, citrus, and flowers, and a firm acidity that supports the overall flavor. It has a clean, elegant finish that lingers. This surprisingly refined wine pairs perfectly with chicken and other white meats.

This elegant Brut Nature from Limoux, southern France, is made from grapes aged between 6 and 35 years, with no added sugar. The wine's natural yeast and oak barrel aging create a beautiful harmony of citrus and freshly baked bread aromas, smooth fruit, refreshing acidity, and minerality.

The minerality of the limestone cliffs surrounding Limoux adds depth to the flavor, highlighting the purity of the grapes grown using natural, organic farming methods. Enjoy the perfect pairing with smoked salmon, seafood, and shellfish. Add a touch of elegance to your wine life.
