ピノ・ノワール100%。石灰質で砂利の多い土壌。樹齢60年。栽培面積0.33ヘクタール。収量は45ヘクトリットル/ヘクタール。オーク樽で12ヶ月熟成。
ほどよい濃さのルビー・レッドの色合い。エレガントな香りには、ラズベリーやチェリーの、熟した赤い果実のアロマが感じられる。樽熟成により、さらに複雑さが増し、焙煎したような香りが加わる。酸味と繊細でエレガントなタンニンのバランスが良い。タンニンは柔らかく、余韻も素直。熟した果実、スパイス、スモーキーな香りへと変化していく。仔牛、仔羊、鴨。柔らかくクリーミーなチーズ。

樹齢約30年のブドウを使い、オーク樽で10〜12ヶ月じっくりと熟成しています。

グラスに注ぐと、ほのかな麦わら色に淡い金色の輝き。

白い花の香りに、リンゴ、洋ナシ、モモを思わせる果実の香りが重なり、樽熟成から生まれるトーストやバニラのニュアンスがふわりと広がります。

口当たりはやわらかく、ほどよいボリューム感。

ふくよかな果実味と樽のニュアンスを、柑橘を思わせる爽やかさがきれいにまとめ、心地よい余韻へと続きます。

ふくよかだけれど、重たすぎない。
樽の香りは感じるけれど、上品。

そんなバランスの良さを楽しんでいただきたいブルゴーニュ・シャルドネです。
