This fresh, thirst-quenching rosé wine has a brilliant salmon pink color. Its aroma of strawberries and cherries is light, but its flavor is quite robust. It has a sweet and sour taste reminiscent of crushed strawberries, with a pleasant acidity.

This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, aged for 15 years. It is aged in oak barrels and micro-oxidized (a method of introducing minute amounts of oxygen) to create a rich and full-bodied flavor.

The name comes from Camus' fable, "The Myth of Sisyphus." The story depicts a hero who repeatedly carries a rock up a mountain, and is filled with both absurdity and happiness. Reflecting this background, the wine, while fresh, also has a hint of rebelliousness and cheekiness. Enjoy the intelligent and playful flavor.
