The vineyards are part of a 19-hectare plot formerly known as Saint-Émilion AC. Cold maceration (6-8°C) was carried out in 200-hel stainless steel tanks. Slow fermentation took over 30 days, followed by 14 months of barrel aging (in barrels formerly used for Gravières).
