スティーブンスベアー（チェリー）を主体に、少量の林檎をブレンド。シャンパーニュ製法のスパークリングワインです。深紅の鮮やかな色合いが目を引きます。低温発酵が生み出す豊かな香りと爽やかな酸味、ブラックチェリーの凝縮感にスパイシーな余韻が特徴。最低9ヶ月の瓶熟期間がその魅力をさらに引き立てます。鳩、鴨、いのししなどのジビエ料理や、デザート、チョコレート、フォアグラ、チーズと相性抜群の一品です。

ディスカバリー林檎100％。アルコール度数が２度と、とても飲みやすい！アップルパイやキャラメルのイメージ。爽やかな酸味が心地よく、にっこりと微笑んでくれるようなワイン。

シャルドネ100％使用。完熟したブドウを遅摘みし、一部には貴腐菌が付いた特別な果実を使用しています。収穫時には、甘口ワインの申請が間に合わず、ベーレン・アウスレーゼの名を冠することはできませんが、品質はそれに匹敵する逸品です。上質でクリーミーな口当たりに、フローラルで高貴なほうじ茶のような香りが広がります。素晴らしい甘みとほのかなタンニンが、力強い骨格を感じさせるバランスの良い甘口ワインです。
