It has a citrus aroma reminiscent of lime. It has a fresh and clear elderflower image. Although it has a slightly high alcohol content, it has a beautiful acidity and a moderate depth. It goes well with asparagus, grilled vegetables, and fish dishes.

2023年ヴィンテージは、息子のパスカル・ゲさん(8代目)が蔵元に入り20年目。
その記念に特別のワインを造りました。いつもの蔵付の酵母ではなく、より華やかな香味の出る酵母を採用。樽も堅めのアカシアの木樽を多めに使用し、いつものショレイ・レ・ボーヌよりも、さらに洗練された果実味を表現。瑞々しい酸味も素晴らしい。ピノ・ノワールの持つ、芳醇な香りと味わいを堪能することができる、特別なショレイを分けていただきました。余韻を充分に楽しんでこそフランソワ・ゲ。

Made with 100% Gewurztraminer, this wine has the aroma of fresh herbs and lychee, and while it's dry, it has a richer flavor than you'd expect. It pairs perfectly with pork dishes.
