ピノ・ノワール100%。樹齢5〜60年のブドウを100％除梗し、発酵前に15℃で静置。色素をじっくり引き出し、ステンレスタンクで香りを生かすよう30℃以下で発酵。その後、シュール・リーのまま12ヶ月樽熟成（新樽25％）。

リュー・ディー「ル・プティ・プレタン」――蔵元の目の前、ジヴリーの丘陵ふもとの南東向き畑で育つブドウを使用。「鳩小屋の上」という名を冠したワインは、赤く熟した果実の香りとなめらかなタンニン、しなやかで肉厚な味わいが魅力。深みがあり、どこか鷹揚な余裕を感じさせます。名店ラムロワーズの鴨料理を思わせるような、豊かな1本です。

シャルドネ100%。南東向きの0.9haの小区画から手摘みで収穫。深くて石の多い土壌で育った1992年＆2003年植樹のブドウを使用。創業者アメリーに敬意を込めて名付けられたキュヴェです。

発酵・熟成は樽で行い、10ヶ月間シュール・リー熟成（新樽30%）。白い果実やシロップ漬けのオレンジのような香り、ほんのりトロリとした質感。まろやかでコクのある味わいは、メイン料理と見事に寄り添います。食卓に華を添える1本です。
