This wine combines the freshness of Pinot Noir with the power of Roquetailard. After destemming, it was aged in Otaru barrels for 14 months. Since 1742, "Krevener grapes" have been a rare grape found only in the village of Heiligenstein. The Heiligenstein growers are proud to produce this rare grape, "Krevener." The aroma of yellow fruit is elegant and powerful, while the delicate aroma creates a very refined impression. There are also gorgeous, spicy elements, and the delicate acidity enhances the taste very smoothly.

Made with 100% Chardonnay, this wine uses late-harvested, fully ripe grapes, some of which are infected with noble rot. The harvest was not completed in time for the application for a sweet wine, so it cannot bear the name Beerenauslese, but the quality is comparable. The wine has a fine, creamy texture and a floral, noble roasted green tea aroma. The wonderful sweetness and subtle tannins create a well-balanced sweet wine with a powerful structure.

「Tour Sarrazine」はジゴンダスにある歴史的建造物。グルナッシュ75、シラー15、ムールヴェドル10。25hl/ha。30から60年樹齢。有機栽培、手摘み。このワインは、非常に強烈な力を秘めています。胡椒のような、また熟した赤いフルーツのような印象がずっと続きます。品位のあるルビー色。タンニン分は、なめらかで艶があります。肉料理全般、特に鹿やいのししなどとは、格調高いハーモニーを生み出します。お食事とともにゆっくりと、じっくりこのワインと語りかけるのがGOODでしょう。素晴らしいワインです。
