今回の蔵開きには、中身には問題なし、でもラベルがちょっと訳ありなワインも。

樹齢約30年のブドウを使い、オーク樽で10〜12ヶ月じっくりと熟成しています。

グラスに注ぐと、ほのかな麦わら色に淡い金色の輝き。

白い花の香りに、リンゴ、洋ナシ、モモを思わせる果実の香りが重なり、樽熟成から生まれるトーストやバニラのニュアンスがふわりと広がります。

口当たりはやわらかく、ほどよいボリューム感。

ふくよかな果実味と樽のニュアンスを、柑橘を思わせる爽やかさがきれいにまとめ、心地よい余韻へと続きます。
