This 100% Grenache wine, grown on gravel and limestone soils near the Mediterranean, is a truly unique wine. Its pale pink apricot color is complemented by aromas of spearmint, plum, fig jam, and toast. It also boasts a pleasant bitterness reminiscent of anise and orange peel.

As the name "Fandango" suggests, this wine has a passionate and supple flavor. After destemming, it was aged in Otaru barrels for 14 months, resulting in a powerful, ripe black fruit flavor and beautiful structure. A subtle hint of cocoa and refreshing vanilla harmonize to create a highly refined wine.

A blend of 90% Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Mauzac. Grown at an altitude of over 400m, the grapes are 23 to 53 years old and fermented with natural yeast. Then, aged for 12 months in 600L barrels. Since 1742, "Krevener grapes" have been a rare grape found only in the village of Heiligenstein. The Heiligenstein growers are proud to produce this rare grape, "Krevener."
