This meticulously crafted wine is fermented and aged in steel tanks, undergoing multiple "batonnage" processes, where the wine is mixed with the lees. This plump, feminine wine comes from a warm, sunny, sloping vineyard. Its aroma is reminiscent of ripe pomegranate, and its luxurious, smooth juiciness is impressive. Its rounded, full-bodied flavor makes it an excellent partner for creamy sauces, Chinese cuisine, and sweet and sour dishes.

High class and typical taste. We use grapes grown in terrace-like fields that face south and receive cool breezes. The wine has a strong fruit flavor and a more delicate and strong acidity. A creamy, medium-bodied wine. The smooth quality of the sake is beautifully balanced. It's flavorful and goes perfectly with white meat, boiled beef, creamy sauces, herbal soups, and asparagus!

The vineyard is located on a steep slope, with shallow red clay and rocky soil interspersed with limestone pebbles. It is aged for 12 months in 500L oak barrels that have been used for 2 to 8 years. The aromas of ripe lemon and sweet almonds are complemented by a rich, toasty finish. Fresh and beautiful, it features a delicate saltiness and minerality.
